This warranty covers labor for repairs due to mechanical failure to your air conditioning system.   Your parts warranty is thru the equipment manufacturer and covers parts for the duration as specified by the manufacturer for the equipment installed in your house.  Repairs due to lack of maintenance or physical damage are not covered under our warranty or the manufacturers equipment warranty.  In order for the parts warranty to remain valid, equipment manufacturers require that routine maintenance be regularly performed on your air conditioning and heating equipment.
